TransAgra International | Shipping Policy 

At this time, we cannot place orders from the website that ship to addresses outside of the US. To place orders for countries outside of the US, we are happy to work with you to help you receive our products. Please contact us via email at or call us at (712) 732-2241. For all US orders that do not require a pallet, deliveries will be dispatched by UPS. 
For orders which require a pallet, a freight company will be dispatched.  For information on distributors located outside of the United States, please contact us via email at or by phone at (712) 732-2241 for further information.
Due to the impacts of COVID 19 you may experience slight shipping delays from UPS. UPS is not currently guaranteeing delivery times, and shipping rates are non-refundable. For UPS shipped orders:  

We anticipate UPS delivery of your order as outlined above after the *order is processed, pending order acceptance. Processing time may take an additional 2-3 days.  Your *processed order will be confirmed to you by email. For shipments outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please expect up to 15 business days for delivery.  

2nd Day Air (UPS)** 

You can expect your order to arrive within 2 business days after the *order is processed, provided the order is placed before 2 pm ET Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm ET will ship the following business day. Your processed order will be confirmed to you by email.  

Next-Day Air (UPS)***  

You can expect your order within 1 business day after the *order is processed, provided the order is placed before 2 pm ET Monday-Friday.   Processing time may take 2-3 days. Your processed order will be confirmed to you by email. 
Notes: Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays are excluded.
